Sr. Account Executive

Minneapolis / Full Time

Object Partners is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Account Executive with a successful track record of selling professional services in the upper Midwest (5 state) area.

This person should:

  • Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on established sales goals.
  • Understand accounts’ needs and effectively communicate how Object Partners’ service will meet those needs while ensuring satisfaction with all customers.
  • Possess a strong suite of local client relationships (Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives) as well as industry relationships (software vendors, integrators).
  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal.
  • A history of Solution based selling and developing a team/project approach to deliveryQualifications.
  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Knowledge of open source technologies and the SDLC.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
